A short policy, because this site does very little with your data.
What this site collects
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. No visitor profile is built, and no data is shared with third parties for marketing.
The contact form
When you send an enquiry, the name, email address, organisation and message you provide are transmitted to Sho Oie so that the enquiry can be answered. They are used for no other purpose, are not added to a mailing list, and are kept only as long as needed for the correspondence.
Embedded video
Performance videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you choose to play a video — the page shows a still image instead. Once you press play, the embed is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that playback.
External links
Score purchases take place on publishers' websites. Those sites are operated independently and have their own privacy policies and payment handling; this site never receives your payment details.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard technical request logs (including IP address) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors.
Your rights
You may ask what correspondence data is held about you, request a copy, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to contact@shooie.com.
This policy describes the site as built. If analytics or another form provider is added later, update this page to match.
